Abstract: This is based on using a robot called iRobot Create which can be built with directions on this site http://www.terk.ri.cmu.edu/recipes/index.php This lab consists of some activities that are accessible by both students and teachers to introduce robots as educational tools, both in existing curricula and as foundational technology for exciting out of school activities. There is handout on creating and running robot programs and two actiities to try. In addition, there is a folder that contains all of the source and documentation for programming the robot.
